Ability to change the icon tab size and other suggestions
Please add the ability to
1- Change the tab icon size
it's now 16x16 , I want to change it to 24x24 or maybe 32x32
2- Auto close duplicated tabs when explorer idle for a while
3- Auto close specific tabs when explorer idle for a while ex:"My Computer","partitions (C:\,D:\,…)"
3- When try to close while there is more than one tab ask to
a- Close
b- Close and restore next launch
c- Cancel
4- Restore tabs after crash/terminate like browsers
5- it will be awesome if you can move the URL bar to the the wasted space in the top "title bar"

QTabBar on High Contrast mode
My first impresion of this program is Awesome.
So many feature included in file explorer natively.
The only drawback I found was the text color when High Contrast mode is activated.
is it possible to fixed it?
and if could, how?
I really need the solution, for I always use the Dark High Contrast mode and use so many windows on daily basis .

Every tab with it’s own INDEPENDENT folder tree?

I am searching for a way to achieve this:
Every tab should have it’s own folder tree. What I mean is, that it should be possible, that in tab 1 folder A is expanded and in tab 2 folder B is expanded. In the standard configuration, in all tabs are the same folders expanded. If I expand folder B in tab 2, it is also expanded in tab 1. I hope you understand what I mean? (Sorry for my bad English!)

How to add a button for starting a CMD window?
I used CMD in everyday work. It would be great to start a CMD window on the current tab or selected folder.
For example, the active tab is on d:\scratch, then wich click a button, it calls "cmd /k cd /d d:\scratch".
And if there is selected folder d:\scratch\some1, the it calls "cmd /k cd d:\scratch\some1".

Support for high contast (Dark) theme
this problem exist for a long time and no one ever can solve it….. why using whit images as backgrounds? why not using the pure windows style? so it show correctly when applying a high contrast theme wihe white text and dark background!
any way it's a great program and i will keep waiting some day it will be fixed….hopefully…..

QTTabbar doesn't load at File Manager startup
I use Windows 10 in differents PC but in one of this there are two strange behaviors:
1. Qttab doesn't load when I lunch the File Manager (so I've to ho to the Option panel in the top menu => Enable QTtab Command bar vertical + Enable Qttabar bottom every time!)
2. Qttab option menu doesn't show Qttab bar top (I prefere top instead of bottom)

[Feature request] Open a new tab ->"Browse to Folder" allows paste of folder path not only browse
Hi,
When I click the "+" icon next to folder tabs - I get the "Browse to Folder" dialog box. Currently this dialog box only allows me to manually navigate to the destination folder. But sometimes I have the complete folder path already in the clipboard - so, I would like to be able to just paste this path in the dialog box and quickly open a new tab with this folder path. Would it be possible to add a folder path field to this dialog box?

How to open new tab with shortcut like using chrome?
Hey I use qttabbar because it feel like using chrome.
I find it has no short cut for open a new default tab.
Am I missing something or it doesn't have the function?
P.S.
I can use ctrl+shift+t, ctrl+w etc like chrome, but qttabbar only has the Alt+O for opening a new tab and you have to choose which file.

cannot add folder in application launcher using win10x64
i add a folder in application launcher and add some items under it. after i press OK button of the option panel, it shows nothing in application launcher and when i reopen the option panel, it sees no such a folder and its sub-items. it works perfect with items and seperators but folder doesn't.
my os is Win10x64 and this problem appears on two computers, one of which is just new installed os. i wonder know if i miss some setting because default setting i use now.

[BUG?] QTTabBar occasionally eat keystrokes
I use QTTabBar since qttabbar-v1.5.0.0b2, until I found this site, and I install QTTabBar_1038.
After installing, I found sometimes Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V don't work, unless I press it twice/thrice.
qttabbar-v1.5.0.0b2 doesn't have this problem.
I am using a notebook with Windows 8.1 x64.
I was first suspecting my keyboard. When I disassembled and modded my notebook I folded the flat cable of the keyboard. I thought the cable may be broken.
To prove my opinion I install KeyCastOW to check if Ctrl+C is really pressed. And found out that it IS pressed, and the "copy" step is not working.
I try disabling QTTabBar from the add-in manager, and Ctrl+C works good.
I also try deselected all keyboard shortcuts in the QTTabBar settings but the problem still exists.
Can you help me why this happens and how to avoid it?

how to remove Share with, E-mail, Burn buttons?
Hi guys,
be healthy and happy everybody!
There is a tool panel in Windows 7 File Explorer, with buttons like "Organize", "Share with", "E-mail", "Burn"… They take space and can be occasionally clicked causing unnecessary troubles. Why are they constantly being shown? As if we do that every day: sharing, e-mailing, burning files everywhere… :)
The only daily useful command there is a "New Folder", but because of the other useless sh*t it's usually hidden under "»".
How to remove all that panel - or those needless buttons from it?
I tried to use WinInspector Spy (to find these controls' identfiers) & AHK (to WinClose them), but no luck.
"WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.378734a_r61_ad1" doesn't react to "Close" messages?
Seems that these controls become run by QtTabBar?
Could anyone help - how to hide them?

hide common prefix of file name or certian number of beginning characters
Hallo, is it somehow possible to activate a view, what shows the file names only partial and may even sort them by the partial file name. Even better would be to show the common beginning comination of characters at the end of the file name in brackets or in extra columns.
instead of
3ZSYSE_20160808_123456789_rev00_description.pdf
it should be
description (3ZSYSE_20160808_123456789_rev00).pdf
or
Name ………………. Date ………… SAP No.
description.pdf .. 20160808 .. 12345789
