The tab Bar is above the command bars

I installed quick tab bar on my new computer but the problem is that it will show the tab bar above the command bars, while I have it installed on my other computer which has the same windows version (win7) and the tab bar is bellow the command bars which is
alot more comfortable.
Any one has any idea or a solution.
