Settings box is messed up - was find before Creators Update 1703. Tried using many different DPI scaling settings, rebooting twice, re-installing QTabBar, resetting all settings etc.

Basically, the settings box looks like that. This issue only came up after updating to Windows 10 1703 Creators update. Before that, it was fine.
Resolution = 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz, DPI Scaling 175%, no custom DPI mods.
I have tried changing DPI scaling settings from 125% to 150% to 175%, rebooting twice after each change. Did not fix the issue.
Also tried re-instalilng QTabBar itself after resetting all settings.
And tried sfc /scannow in ADMIN CMD.
No fix.
